Kulfi/ice-cream can be made with freezing cold coffee (or) milk with honey or sugar (or) any flavored milk (or) milk+banana+sugar/honey pulped made with mixer-hand-or-mixer
set in ice cube tray.
3. Green lemon - fresh from tree before ripening - soak in water to get aromatic natural lemon tea water like. Scar the outer green skin for best results.
4. During summer, vallarai greens grow robustly and is a goodtime for nourishing growth. Some varieties available esp sourced at Parrys bus stand market in june 2018, have shown extra-ordinarily large leaves and long stalks - quite sweet even when raw. You can feel a burst of energy when you munch them raw ---- compared to ordinary!!!.
